OriPilot

For licensed California real estate agents

Disclosure fields, ready for your review.

OriPilot prepares California disclosure packages for signature. Upload your files, review the signing fields placed for your buyers or sellers, and decide when to send.

Create your account Sign in

One account per agent. Have your California DRE license ready.

From package to signing page

Four steps, and you decide when anything reaches your clients.

  1. Upload the disclosures

Add the property and your buyers or sellers, then drop in the PDFs, a ZIP or a folder. Scanned pages are read too.

  2. OriPilot prepares the fields

Signature, initial, date and name fields are placed for the people on your side. Rows the other side already signed get none.

  3. Review the draft

Check every page with its fields drawn. Rows to check are flagged, and you can leave out documents you don't need.

  4. Send when you choose

Press Sign to open the prepared documents on the signing page. Your clients see nothing until you press Send there.

You stay in control

  • Nothing goes out without you

OriPilot prepares the signing page. Check every page there before you press Send: it can miss or misplace a field. Your clients see nothing before that.

  • Only your side signs

Fields go to your buyers on a purchase and to your sellers on a listing. Rows the other side already signed get none.

  • Your files don't linger

A package is deleted 90 days after you upload it, or sooner if you delete it. Your broker keeps the transaction record.

  • Old files stay old

Documents from the sellers' own earlier purchase get an acknowledgment, not a fresh round of signatures.

  • Scans are read too

Scanned pages go through text recognition first, then get their fields like any other page.

  • One license, one account

Sign-up checks your license number and last name against the California DRE's list of licensees.

OriPilot places fields; it doesn't check them for you. Review every page before you send.

A few common questions

Is anything sent to my clients automatically?

No. OriPilot prepares the signing page and you send it from there yourself.

Which forms does OriPilot handle?

C.A.R. disclosure forms, recognized by the code and revision in their footer, plus the Natural Hazard Disclosure statement, the Residential Earthquake Risk Disclosure and PRDS forms. Pages it has no layout for are read line by line, and you see every page with its fields before anything is signed.

Does it work with a scanned package?

Yes. Scanned pages are run through text recognition first and then read like any other page.

Who gets the fields, my buyers or the sellers?

You choose purchase or listing when you start the transaction. Fields go to the people on your side and to you as their agent.

How long are my files kept?

90 days from upload, or until you delete them. OriPilot is not a records system: keep the signed copies with your broker as you do today.

Who can sign up?

Real estate salespersons and brokers with a current California license. Your license number and last name must match the DRE's list.
